Event Details:
Event Date: Sunday, 12th October 2025
Starting Point: Certitude Sports Ground, Auroville
Ending Point: Punjabi Dhaba, Auroville Junction, Moratandi Toll Gate
Distance: 65 km for Elite & Masters, 47 Km for Amateur & Juniors
Route Elevation: 194 m
Eligibility: All participants must be above 12 years of age.
Equipment: Only manually driven pedal bicycles are allowed.
Registration Fees include:
T-Shirt, Timing Certificates, Finisher medal, technical support at the Starting point, Hydration support, Medical aid, Ambulance Services and breakfast.

1. T-Shirt, Medals & Certificates provided to all participants.
2. Lucky draw winners: Two Special Prize to overall Men & Women category at the prize distribution time. Names will be picked up in front of all participants.
3. Attractive cash prizes for the top 3 positions in each category.

Acknowledgement of Inherent Risks:
1. I, undersigned participant understands and acknowledges that participating in a cycling event, such as Greenride Cyclothon, involves inherent risks and dangers. These risks include, but are not limited to, falls, collisions, loss of control of the bicycle, mechanical failures, adverse weather conditions, and injuries that can range from minor to severe, including potentially permanent disability or death.
2. Assumption of Responsibility:
By participating, I voluntarily assume full responsibility for my participation in this event, and I accept any and all risks, dangers, and hazards associated with my presence at the event venue.
3. Release of Liability:
In consideration for being permitted to participate in the event, I hereby release and discharge the event organizers, their sponsors, their staff, volunteers, officials, and any other individuals or organizations involved in the event (collectively, “Organizers”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, damages, or expenses of any kind arising out of or in connection with my participation in the event, including any injury, death, or property damage, even if caused by the negligence of the Organizers.
4. Physical Fitness and Health:
I certify that I am in good physical and mental health and am physically fit to participate in this demanding sports event. I have obtained any necessary medical clearance and will not participate if I have any health concerns that could be exacerbated by the physical exertion involved.
5. Safety Rules and Equipment:
I agree to comply with all safety rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the Organizers and event staff. I understand that wearing appropriate safety gear, including a helmet, is strongly recommended and may be required for my participation. I agree to ensure my own and, if applicable, my minor’s compliance with these rules.
6. Use of Likeness:
I grant the Organizers full permission to use any photographs, video footage, images, or likeness of me captured before, during, or after the event for any publicity, marketing, or promotional purposes, without compensation.
Regulations of Race
Terms and Conditions:
I, accept the following TERMS AND CONDITIONS for participating in the Greenride Cyclothon 2025.
1. I am 12 years or above legal age to participate in this event.
2. I have read and agree to abide by the Race Rules and Regulations.
3. I agree to comply with the traffic and road laws and regulations of India.
4. We need a minimum of 20 participants on the race day in each category. In cases of a lower number of participants, that category will be merged with the next higher age category.
5. I fully understand and agree that I am entering this event entirely at my own risk and accept without exception full and complete liability for all and any risks and will not hold responsible nor make claims against the organizers of GREENRIDE CYCLOTHON, any of the participants or organizer, its committee members, agents or servants for any loss, damage or injury however caused in relation to my participation in this event.
6. I understand and fully accept the rights of the Event Officials to take decisions based on perceived risk to health and safety and to stop any rider or crew from continuing.
7. I understand that when I am riding a bicycle, I am required to wear a helmet, use rear blinkers, use front light, wear a reflective vest at all times during the event.
8. I understand that I am required to comply with all the safety requirements set out in the event Rules.
9. Participation in the Event is subject to Approval from organizers after Payment of Registration fees. I understand that the organizers of Greenride Cyclothon reserves the right to refuse or cancel my registration and will refund the registration fees after deductions of Payment Gateway processing charges.
10. I agree to sign the waiver form and submit the required information and documents at the time of Pre-event Registration prior to the event.
11. I understand that any attempt at cheating (as determined by the event officials) if proven, will result in immediate disqualification.
12. I agree to make the Payment of Registration fees as per the event tickets.
13. I understand that my Participation will be cancelled without refund for non-completion of Mandatory Pre-event Registration formalities, equipment inspection or non-attendance of pre-race briefing at the appointed time.
14. I understand that organizers of Greenride Cyclothon reserves the right to cancel any category in the event due to low participation. Option to change category or a refund (less payment charges) will be provided to the rider.
15. I agree to take insurance with sufficient coverage for life, personal accident and third-party liability for all members of the team, riders and crew.
16. No refunds for cancellation after of the registration.
17. All participants accept unconditionally, all responsibility for their own health with respect to any and all situations!
18. All participants agree to abide by health norms as directed by the pertinent authorities at all times during the race.
19. I agree that all decisions taken by the event organizers will be final in all matters pertaining to this event.
20. This is a self-supported event. Drafting any motor vehicles is strictly prohibited. If found, you will be disqualified from the event.
